Mastermind in this area is Birgit Strauß, who's proving her fine nose for colors, style and shapes for many years now. She's the responsible project manager, doing the sample collection and the bulk collection. Furthermore she's in charge of the model pool, organizing foto shooting sessions, she's also selecting the pictures that you'll see printed, doing the layout of the catalog, the mailings and the ads.
