SAKKARA's bonus program for online orders

Transmitting your orders by way of our online shops saves us a lot of work and time. As time is money, we reward the saving on our side by granting bonus points for online orders - so our benfit becomes yours.

So this is the reason why every order received through the online shop and Bargain Mecca is granted bonus points. Each online purchase via our shop systems (and only via them!) are entitled to bonus points. Just to be safe: an order passed by e-mail is not an online-order!

Bonus points are non-negotiable. We check before establishing credit notes for points returned if the customer really has done sufficient online purchases to have received that number of points.

You'll receive one SAKKARA bonus point per 10,- Euro order value (e.g 11,50 € = 1 point, 22,50 € = 2 points, 34,50 € = 3 points... a.s.o. ). This is valabel only for goods kept and paid for. When returning goods, kindly return corresponding number of points with the goods - same principle applies.

So that corresponds to a rebate in kind of almost 10%! SAKKARA online-points are worth their money - collecting them pays off!

For postage no bonus points are granted!

Starting with 50 points (and more) you may encash your bonus points.

Each bonus points corresponds a value of 1,- Euro!

We'll establish a credit note for the number of points filed and will send the same for your confirmation. Your customer's account will be credited the amount stated on this note. Should an invoice not yet be settled, this amount will be deducted from the sum still to be settled. If you don't have an invoice open for settlement, the amount will remain on your customer's account and will be settled against a future order/invoice.

• Should you pay by direct debit entries (only in Germany and Austria), the credit will be deducted automatically with settlement of your next invoice.
• Should you pay by cash-on-delivery (only in Germany), the postman will collect only the remaining sum to be paid.
• Should you pay by advance cash, we'll let you know what remains to be transferred after deducting the credit note.
• Should you pay by credit card, we'll credit the amount directly to your credit card account.

It's not possible to pay credit of bonus points returned in cash!

Collect (for) your dream costume - because starting with 50 points you may pay all current SAKKARA items using your points.
