Wikipedia - Lassi

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • brown suggar
  • crushed ice

Preparation:
Put mango pulp, yoghurt, suggar (amount as you like) and ice cubes in a mixer and blend. If too thick, add a little water. Add cardamom to taste.
